“My husband and I just finished a two year remodel project which consisted of gutting the majority of the inside of our existing 1,500 sq. ft. home and adding an additional 1,600 sq. ft. My husband was the general on the job and it turned out to be a very frustrating experience for him. He had to deal with the variety of contractors and so many times things were done wrong. Unfortunately, we were un aware of any problems until the next stage of construction began and at that point we had already paid the contractor for his work. When we would call the contractor the usual response was that they were to busy to come back to fix the problem.
